[Air-L] Recommend mailing list software

Dear All,

I am looking into setting up a mailing list.

I note that AoIR uses Mailman
(http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/index.html), which seems to do what I
am looking for (simple but effective mailing list management).

However, does anyone have any other recommendations and/or key criteria
that I should be aware of?
