In the US, online degrees in security offered by traditional universities tend to be graduate programs... both because it's a fairly specialized field and because it's easier to create a graduate degree program online (not so many distribution courses required). For an undergrad program that needs to be online, you'd be looking more to either a commercial school (like Colorado Technical University) or an online branch of a brick-and-mortar institution (like CSU Global [csuglobal.edu] or Regis University [sps.regis.edu])... and you might be looking at a BS in a discipline like CIS, networking, or Computer Science.

Once you get to the MS level, the choices broaden. One I'm familiar with is the Norwich University MSIA program, which is very military friendly (ROTC got its start there, and a number of the grad students are actually deployed overseas, so the assignment schedule is flexible). It's on the NSA's list as a Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education, which is a good resource for your search (http://www.nsa.gov/ia/academic_outreach/nat_cae/institutions.shtml).
