PROGRAM
The Euro CSS is an interdisciplinary symposium that brings together researchers from a diverse range of disciplines to contribute to the definition and exploration of the societal challenges in Computational Social Science, with the focus on bias and discrimination this year.
The program features:

•         24 accepted talks

•         38 accepted posters

•         Keynotes by Sara Hajian (NTENT), Christo Wilson (Northeastern University) and more

•         1st Euro CSS Dataset Challenge

•         Doctoral Consortium

•         Science Slam at Die Wohngemeinschaft (you can still submit short proposals for presentations to garcia at csh.ac.at<mailto:garcia at csh.ac.at> until November 1, 2018)

The Symposium series is funded by the Volkswagen Foundation.
TICKETS
The registration fee is €50. It covers the participation fee and coffee breaks for the pre-symposium day (December 5, 2018) as well as participation fee, coffee breaks and lunch for the two main symposium days (December 6-7, 2018). On the pre-symposium day, lunch at own expenses will be available at the venue. To secure a place for the pre-symposium day, don’t forget to register early – a number of free registrations be given on a first come, first served basis.
