source of funding for community networks in the US. This summit will
explore many practical aspects of this and other digital equity efforts.

Goals:
1. Review progress in statewide initiatives to remove digital divide
barriers to economic and educational inclusion in low- and moderate-income
(LMI) areas.
2. Learn about efforts to modernize CRA guidance and the implications for
digital equity and economic inclusion.
3. Explore ways in which digital divide barriers impede economic vitality
and the growing array of resources available to address them.
4. Participate in developing and planning national, state & local
strategies addressing key challenges in digital and economic inclusion.
