month after submission. We accept submissions on a rolling basis. To
maximize impact, published papers are widely distributed to a variety of
stakeholders, including politicians, journalists, policy makers, and
researchers.

We invite concise, empirical papers from all disciplines and methodologies,
including case studies, experimental research, qualitative/ethnographic
research, archival and historical research, data and network sciences. We
are particularly interested in papers employing mixed-methodologies.
