[Air-L] Dismantling systemic racism: from OII

I just wanted to share a comprehensive and action-oriented anti-racist
initiative by a group at the Oxford Internet Institute; some of you
might have already seen this make the rounds. It includes a bibliography
and 'templates' towards the dismantling of systemic racism in the
University. Worth a look, and this may inspire others to adapt and apply
the same.
