The SAGE journal Global Media and China (http://journals.sagepub.com/home/gch <https://journals.sagepub.com/home/gch>) is a peer reviewed, open access ESCI journal that provides a dedicated, interdisciplinary forum for international research on all aspects of communication and media. The journal has a special, but not exclusive, interest in China and Chinese media both from a global and a Chinese perspective. We welcome the empirical research on the following:
