[Air-L] transcription software/services

Hi!

I'm using a software called "aTrain", it's basically a GUI implementing OpenAI's "whisper" model. The app downloads the model, runs on your local machine without having to upload or share your data and doesn’t require programming skills.

A lot of students are looking for recommendations for privacy aware transcription software that won't break the bank, or online services that are known not to harvest or share data. What are your recommendations?
