Mukul-da,

  there are days when I survive only on milk and bread -- and I think it all get digested --if you see the white stool the next morning. Some people are allergic to whole milk . Milk is given to all school kids in US -regardless of age - those allergic to lactose are given soy milk.  

  Paranthas or bread -is also available of whole wheat (though many prefer in India - white bread) In US whole wheat bread is costleir and prefered. Even Mexican Tortillas (like Indian chappatti or roti) are also available whole wheat. 

  I think Brown rice is unpolished. I generally get to eat rice only -easier to cook.

  White rice or mill polished rice has only starch. All Vitamins and life-givers are gone with the bran.White rice is only raw material for conversion to Desi.  Oxomiya Koamol Saul is great food for the Halowa to survive till Midday. He could not do with polished Basmati.
  White Milk- no good for you when you are older than 16 months. Maybe pure but alas goes fully out without being digested. And gives you allergy and Mental debility! Convert to Doi or better to Cheese(not Hindi Paneer-equally junk) to get 90% food out of milk.
  White flour is like white rice. Eat only Chakki Atta or brown -whole-wheat bread.
  Consult a great Dietetics Professor at AIIMS and let netters know. AIIMS prof also may be ignorant. Then yu know what to do. Google!!!
