[Assam] Why pay more!? -- go to Harvard Univ

Hi,
   
  After muchresearch I find that Harvard tuition rates are even less than community colleges' - leave alone that of govt state level univs like UMD . Harvard charges $650 per course (4 credit hours) compared to $1000-1800 at UMD's extension school and between $490-1300 for county level community colleges.
