[Assam] Call to popularise muga abroad

Actually the production of Muga has plateaued at about 55 MT per year, I
think. Rearing of Muga is a very difficult job. My grandfather had
"chumoni", where Muga was reared and used to tell me the problems faced by
them. It's a tree bred species and we donot have many 'chumonis' coming up.

If we start export in a big way, our poor asomiya brides will not have any
muga 'mekhela-chador' to wear on the wedding day, export drive may also push
up the price beyond affordability range.

So the drive should study all teh aspects in totality.
