[Assam] AIDS: 10% popu. gets 55% AIDS in US, what about NE India?

  Blacks are 10% of US population (approx) but make upto 55% of new AIDS infections. Haiti - the first Black independent nation (lies in Central America) has 13% population affected by AIDS - just like in many African countries.
  Why are tribals in NE India getting affected (thru drugs etc)?
