Hi Ram:
I saw your exchanges with m-da on this.
Have you considered why ULFA might have wanted to jeopardize the peace process
and the possibility of obtaining freedom of their leaders with these
explosion at Machkhowa ( a Muslim neighborhood at that!), or create
public animosity by targeting civilians? Or for that matter with the
attacks at Dhubri, Mangaldoi etc. of the last few days?
What could ULFA's motives be?
Ordinary reasoning would tell us that they are STUPID, right?
Or that it is a nice way to perpetuate PCG beating up on those poor
innocents at Dilli, like you implied.
But think again. A little harder this time :-). I know you are capable.
WHO are the people who have the most to gain from these ? ULFA? Or
somebody else? And if somebody else, WHO could they be?
And if you cannot, do let me know. I'll try to help out with a few clues.
