That could be an idea:
ready to eat:
Dhekia haak bhaaji
lai haak bhaaji
tenga aanja maas
Ou tenga daali.....any other suggestions??
If you see some of the food stuffs in the Korean stores...
like sour bamboo shoots etc...
Somebody could sel sliced ou tenga in polethene vacuum packs,
or khorisa tenga in vacuum packs. Apart from Assamese folks there is a big
Bangladeshi markets that I am sure will pounce on them.
I get my supply of khorisa from Dimapur from some Lotha friends. The
Lotha's sour bamboo shoots are much richer than other places. No dearth of
supply in Nagaland. I am sure some enterprising folks can market these
stuffs.
Korea and Thailand supply their Leechie's and so many of their indigenious
fruits. We can have our leteku, kordoi, Jolphai....etc in the market too.
