[Assam] Enterprise suggestions

On our last visit to Guwahati, we came across a number of 'take-home,
ready-to-serve' varieties of pithas aachars. They tasted great. But I wasn't
impressed by the packaging (true of most Indian packaging). Don't know if
they use preservatives either (required for exports.)
