[Assam] No Assamese/NEI people in NAVRATNA Hindustan Aeronautiucs Ltd India (HAL)??

Friends,
  This comes as a most surprising news when found NO Assamese nor any NEI seven sisters man women found in one of the prestigious Navratna of India! I am involved with a (OBL) Out Bound Learning training company as a faculty trainer where we exclusively give various trainings for HAL management Academy(HMA) Bangalore.Every after three months HAL( Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd) recruits about 400 Engineers,HR, Finance, Diploma holders all over India and give training at Bangalore HMA.
  Sorrowfully I never come across any NEI-nor Assamese there.All mostly comes with reservations quota too.The matter is to taken very seriousely.WE need our people in Govt jobs well.No need to go for marathon race to IT/MNC firms.HAL too pays well and the nice accommodations on completion of training.Even during training too the accommodation , food, transpost iis free.What else needed??
