Hi C'Da:
This is Alpana, writing from Ram's account. I lost the privilege of
using my own account, as we don't have a functioning laptop and I had
to use his blackberry with much trouble. In other words, my OWn
account is inaccessible.
BTW,wondering why this monotribe? Currently, I am exploring the UK -
so I am home (the internet) away from home.
My intention of writing this letter was! that we Bamoons are banned
from eating 'Borali maas, Aaroi maas' etc. :) That's why I would not
eat these :) even if I was a non-vegetarian. But Ram went and hogged
down a whole 'Aari maas' (headless) and a draft beer at a Fish n Chips
joint here. Can yoy believe that?
Tomorrow we will do some dhormo (we know religion is your # 1
concern!:)) - will visit some cathedrals and in between squeeze a
visit to the Guiness brewery - just to be "fair and balanced".:) BTW,I
am a. Teetotaler, well almost. If you don't count a glass or two of
occasional wine.
BTW, this place is so damn (excuse me!) expensive! We have been riding
around in buses and "tube"s. In restaurants, we had to buy water for
2 pounds. The exchange rate is also unfavorable. Give me two weeks and
I could write all about it in a book. :)
Ta-ta for now.
:) :) :)

PS: Saleh-Da, please don't mind, this was written in all good humor.
