  HP Barooah is a big name in Assam and India. One of the greatest Assamese 
  entrepreneurs we can be proud of.In Indian context he is fit for Padmabhsushans, Vibhushans etc like Chabarias, Mittals, Tatas, Godrej etc. But then he is from Assam-so no such recognition till now.
