[Assam] IE: Nagaland archer girl: 2 years late - better than never

It is ironic that Arjuna Awards for sports are named after famed archer Arjuna of Mahabhrata era - and an archer herself has to wait on the Babus. Shame on them. Thank God for Indian Express (which also gave me my first job - in 1996) which brought this to light.
