*** That is a false hypothesis and opining for is it disingenuous.
That is not what Xourov intended or implied. I realize it is tactic
that many of our friends employ: To set up an obviously illogical or
exaggerated expectation or standard and then to demonize it. But it
is not a sincere attempt to deal with the issue.

*** Neither Xourov nor I suggested that the government that issuers
false papers to illegal immigrants
is either 'efficient' or legitimate. But that was EXACTLY what was
ASSERTED by Dilp Deka , Ram Sarangapani and others who raised their
voices in defense of the so called 'democratically elected
governments of Assam or India. It is for them to EXPLAIN how they
will deal with those papers that legitimize the supposedly B'deshis'
existence in Assam. That is why Xourov asked the question he did.
Now we are all ears here, waiting with bated breath how DD or RS
will explain the obvious conflict here. Both of the positions cannot
stand. Let us see which one.

*** Sorry A, but your position has no legs to stand on.
