[Assam] NE students rally in Delhi over molestation

Blaming the victim is an easy way, practised in male dominated societies of
South Asia. Not all the victims are going out nude. Do you mean to say that
a girl will not be harassed in a salwar or a sari? Just for arguments sake -
even if the girl is dressed scantily does it give me or you the right to
molest her?
Going by regular reports in the media it seems that there has been genuine
cases of harassment( verbal, physical ) to NE people, girls are most
vulnerable.
By the way what is the "Delhi dress code" to be practised to prevent such
crimes?
