Well, these seemed to be of the right height
On a side note, and in my unending research on the status of restrooms in
India, I did talk to some people. :) :)
One observation was (which I found quite plausible) that people use
"different" areas in the restrooms. So if user 1 used one urinal, the next
person might use the same urinal, but at a slightly different spot (which
could be the floor or even outside areas)
This sort of thing goes on and on.
The resaon being, they don't want to use the same spot someone else used
because its dirty. And the reason its dirty, is because the flush hardly
ever works. So a fresh spot is supposedly cleaner than any other.
The other thing is the idea of clean restrooms is wet whole damn restroom.
One has to pay good money to see dry restrooms in India.
The cleanest place is of course behind the bushes :)
That being the psyche, it is no wonder, the restrooms in flights to India
are good for only the first five minutes of the flight.
After that, all bets are off.
