Bihar is suffering due to flood:- Assam always suffers (Yearly festival!!!). 17 districts under water, more than 20lakhs people only affected.
 
Flood in Bihar is in national/International focus:- many people from media in India are from Bihar???
Huge Relief grant/appeal:- Many people from Bihar is working in Government & Lallu is in UPA (Nahi diya tu akaihi dinme sarkar gira denge, no reference but true; everyone knows)
1000crores for Bihar from Central Government:- 700crs we have but we are not spending (CM of Assam is saying; Ref: Asomiya Pratidin dated 4th September 2008)

I missed probably:- The Prime Minister of India is a Rajya Sabha Member from Assam??? Are we sure????????
