[Assam] Cow Dung can be source of clean, renewable power

Of course, much before US should certify all, it was in 1974 Mangaldai Xadouu Axom Xahitya Xabha adhibexan, where Assam Khadi and Village Industries Board did didplayed Gobar Gas.
Since all happened in Assam, things never come up bigger way.Gobar gas and power was used in some places of Assam as I remember still.
Wish people will keep more cow to have dung and power at their own.
