[Assam] Globalization: Google Cash - make urself rich from India/Africa/USA??

seems like a great way to make money !!! But perhaps you cannot do it if you were in Assam , is it? Does one have to be in the US (to get a packet in mail from them to start with).

Further, if someone started doing it in India and then came for a short visit to the US and still kept on with it (while on visitor visa) and still got paid in his/her Indian bank account - will it be a big problem - legally. 

Interesting angle of globalization -- one could work online while holidaying in Bahamas/Australia etc (on visitor visa) and get paid in your home country. 
Is that legal? I guess most people using blackberries for online work related emaile etc while visiting other nations on visitor or student visas (exec. education etc) - would be doing illegal stuff .

Don't know if the site is legit (did not click actually)   but
with Google Adsense program you can make money. 
 
However, on H1  it will be illegal to earn money from any source other then

I saw an advt on Facebook about making money while working on the laptop -
thousands of dollars a month! Google Cash . Seems really promising - but they
ask from ur credit card details -- any techies know more about it -- is it
fraud.

Incidently, a few minutes back I saw that one of Jaipur School alums has moved
to Silicon Valley network of Facebook. He is the guy who really benefitted from
Google advt. Infact, he showed a $4,000 check from Google USA (just like on on
the webpage above) to impress visa guys at US embassy, Delhi to come to US as a
student. He made money by sending emails to his friends carrying lots of
weblinks - any friend hit any link - this JS alum made money.

Google Cash seems even easier. But are these sites any good - or they just want
your credit card info.

Further, although, someone sitting in India or Africa could do this work and
get paid by Google USA -- is it legal for someone on US work visa to do it in
spare time and make money?
