[Assam] Globalization: Google Cash - make urself rich from India/Africa/USA??

1) If someone start it in India AND do not do any further activity (except receiving money) while in US, it is fine
 
2)  There is a difference in visitor visa and work visa.   In visitor visa, you can work for your foreign based company and get paid in foreign location (that is why Business Visa and visitor visa are clubbed togehter --  you get a B1/B2 visa and not a B1  Visa or B2 Visa) . In work visa, you can work only for your visa sponsorer and not for anybody else even a foreign entity -- as long as you are physically in US.
 
 
 
>seems like a great way to make money !!! But perhaps you cannot do it if you were in Assam , is it? Does one have to be in the US (to get a packet in mail from them to start with).

>Further, if someone started doing it in India and then came for a short visit to the US and still kept on with it (while on visitor visa) and still got paid in his/her Indian bank account - will it be a big problem - legally. 

Interesting angle of globalization -- one could work online while holidaying in Bahamas/Australia etc (on visitor visa) and get paid in your home country. 
Is that legal? I guess most people using blackberries for online work related emaile etc while visiting other nations on visitor or student visas (exec. education etc) - would be doing illegal stuff .
