"What in ToI or AT that you saw would be comparable to this?" - In this report, I cannot tell what the writer is trying to tell me. Was the flight from Russia dangerous to Obama's visit? Was it meant to warn the Canadiens? Normally in north american reports, I can tell what the reporter is trying to emphasize. But not in this case.
The report says it was a routine flight as claimed below. If it was, why report it now before Obama's visit? To create sensationalism?
I am open to hear any comment the netters may have.

Is it the language?
Is it the absence of details that make it unintelligible?
Is it the allusions or inferences or conclusions that are either untenable or misleading or otherwise inapplicable?
Or perhaps something else?
