[Assam] For IIT-KGP Alums

B.C.Roy hospital brings back bad memories. I did survive one week of stay there.
I remember I saw only a nurse during my stay, there was no physician checking on me.
I'd have thought that in forty years, the hospital would have improved. I guess to catch up with the west in the space race,
certain necessities have to be discarded.
