Saw the write-up in the TOI yesterday.

These are your words and the definition for maturity of the Indian system.
Even in mature democracies like the UK or the US, one may find some people
left out of the system. But these are the near perfect examples we have.
The Indian system has a long way to go, and it will take a whole lot of
maturity for the country to give the Rameshwars of the world a fair deal.
