[Assam] Cost of living

Rising Fuel price is a concern-almost 7% rise in last 3 months. In
Delhi, petrol is about Rs 60 a ltr. and diesel about Rs 48. I shifted
to CNG, that's Rs 29 a kg and gives more milage (about 16 km per ltr
with AC). In US travel per day is more, so daily consumption is
higher.

PPP is the key to living cost measurement.
