[Air-L] Twitter as a recruitment tool

I have recruited participants by tweeting (briefly, obviously) the criteria.

I know of a recruiting company that does this as well.

For both of us, this is the first step in a conversation about whether
the person is (a) a good match and (b) interested/available.

It's worked well for requests that my network can reach. Some of these
were highly specialized, but plausible in context.
