The Office québécois de la langue française has made official recommandations here: https://gdt.oqlf.gouv.qc.ca/ficheOqlf.aspx?Id_Fiche=26527143

It accepts:

  *   cours en ligne ouvert à tous (CLOT)
  *   cours en ligne ouvert aux masses (CLOM)
  *   cours en ligne ouvert massivement (CLOM)
