Hi Peter,

The Office québécois de la langue française prefers « cours en ligne ouvert à tous » (CLOT; online course open to all) but also accepts « cours en ligne ouvert aux masses » or « cours en ligne ouvert massivement », both abbreviated as CLOM (reference: https://gdt.oqlf.gouv.qc.ca/ficheOqlf.aspx?Id_Fiche=26527143).

That said, MOOC appears to be used in at least some of the literature (https://www.erudit.org/en/journals/ritpu/1900-v1-n1-ritpu02924/1038876ar.pdf), so make of that what you will.
