[Assam] Day2: Assam2007: Pt 1-- Zubeen mania; heroine

There was talk that one new one is to be set up at one place -- but Jugal-da said that their team found Assam needs 110 engineering colleges and atleast 16 in the coming year should be set up. The CM wanted the private bodies to take initiative - since they have to provide value for money to survive-  and said a Bill had been passed for it recently .

 I saw in the latest issue of POSOOWA a nice write up on the need for additional engineering colleges in Assam. I am interested to know if any of such things were discussed with the CM in Assam-2007 or not. What he has to say?

I just got a chance to look at some of these and I agree. They are just beautiful.
