[Assam] The other side of USPS

Alas ....  life is not that simple :(

If I do not pay or do not resolve the issue, Fedex
will simply send it to a Collection Agent and the
Collection Agent will add his mark up and send it to
me for collection.   That will create a negative mark
on my Credit Report (which causes a lot of difficulty
in this country).
It will then be a bigger hassle to deal with.
