Thanks for the information, C'da.
A colleague of mine said that it could be a better substitute for rice (especially the white rice) as it also has the amino acids, iron etc. Good to know it's like our Khutura, Morisa/Datha, Jilmil xaak. I think I see these (xaak) in the Chinese markets.
Now I have something to find in the whole food market here during this holiday.
