**** In a just and civilized court of law WHO started it, or caused
it, does play a part in deciding the SHARE of GUILT.

**** Let us not forget that there are those , like the families of the
insurgents killed and maimed for life , who
also cry out for justice. And the 'mohaan' who sees only ONE side as
victims are hardly 'mohaan'.

**** That is why *I* say that the cry for justice is understandable.
But victims of BOTH sides ought
to be included in such pursuit of justice.

**** That is one's choice. But it has a price. They could also appear
hypocritical.

**** Just like THOSE whose acts of commission and omission were
responsible for bringing on the insurgencies.

**** Finally, let us also not forget what such one sided retribution
in the name of justice will do: It will
leave those embers of resentment and revenge burning, only to erupt
again at some opportune time.
