[Assam] Assam's terror victims demand justice

I am going to make some changes here:

No argument there. Collateral damage is the phrase to justify the terrible loss caused to any victim. The subject matter of this topic was about demanding justice by the families. Nowhere it is said that some other victims should not get justice.

Provided the victims were not killed by the so called saviors of Assam. Like I said, to bring peace to your own home, do you need outsiders' help?
